Established in 1908, Ackermann & Fritze garnered profound respect among collectors for their meticulous execution of the Royal Vienna aesthetic, authenticated on this pair by the classic blue underglaze beehive mark. The prestige of these urns is anchored by the signature of Heer, a master porcelain decorator highly sought after by collectors of early 20th-century European ceramics.

Heer’s exacting brushwork brings the classical mythological scenes—titled "Das Leben" (Life) and "Ein Traum" (A Dream)—to vivid reality against a rich magenta ground. Elaborate gold gilt scrollwork and geometric banding border the artwork, finalizing a commanding presentation of historical craftsmanship. This highly decorative pair represents a rare opportunity to acquire top-tier German porcelain with established provenance.

Specs
Maker/Artist: Ackermann & Fritze, Decorated by Heer
Year Made: 1910s
Materials: Porcelain, Enamel Paint, Gold Gilt
Dimensions: 8.75" H x 6" W x 4" D

Condition
This pair is structurally sound and completely free from chips, cracks, or repairs.
