Shipping policy

Orders ship within 2 business days of purchase from Washington. This is the dispatch timeframe, not a delivery guarantee. Delivery time depends on the carrier service and destination. You will receive tracking when your parcel is on its way.

Shipping charges and available delivery options are shown at checkout. Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order.

Each listing is packed as a separate parcel, with protection suited to its material and fragility. A set sold together in one listing is packed as one parcel. Orders containing multiple listings ship in separate parcels and may arrive at different times.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@thegildedfossicker.com as soon as possible. Keep the item and all packaging, and include photographs of the item, outer parcel, and packing materials where applicable so we can help resolve the issue.
