This is a matching set of three vintage prints by German artist Sulamith Wülfing, who was born in 1901 and became well-known for her unique, storybook-style illustrations. Published in the 1970s by Portal Publications, these specific pieces have a cool history—they were originally part of the Seattle Public Library’s art collection. You can still see the original library card pockets and "Discarded" stamps on the back, which adds a great bit of local provenance. The artwork has a very light, delicate look, using thin lines and soft colors to create scenes that feel like they belong in a classic folk tale.
