This two-piece sculptural set features a heavy, stoneware bowl resting upon a brutalist-style iron pedestal. The ceramic vessel is characterized by a neutral, speckled glaze and a hand-incised concentric wave pattern that ripples across the interior basin. The exterior showcases a raw, earthy finish with visible glaze drips, suggesting a high-heat firing process. The underside of the bowl features an incised artist's signature or monogram which, while present, is unfortunately illegible.

Complementing the ceramic's organic form is a geometric tripod stand, crafted from square-stock iron with visible weld points and a rich, oxidized patina. A small "MEXICO" origin tag on the underside of the stand points to the region's long-standing tradition of artisanal metalwork. Together, the pieces create a balanced contrast between the refined, cool tones of the pottery and the industrial weight of the forged metal. Given the styling and origin mark, this is likely a high-quality contemporary studio piece from a region like Jalisco (Tonalá or Tlaquepaque), Mexico.
