Vintage Ganz "Nestled Owls" Salt & Pepper Set

These are a classic set of "Nestled Owls" made by Ganz, likely from the 1970s. What makes this specific pair fun is how they’re shaped to fit together; the smaller owl has a curved side that let's it "tuck" right into the larger one. They have that great mid-century "big eye" look with a muted sage green and cream glaze. You'll notice some nice crazing in the finish, which is common for Ganz ceramics of this era and really shows their age in a good way.

Condition
These are in great shape for their age. There is one small chip on the bottom inner edge of the taller owl. I’ve pointed it out in the photos, but it’s completely hidden when they are standing up.
